About The Program
Each January the team run a free ten day holiday program for families down on the McCrae foreshore.
In the mornings we have two hours (10am - noon) of games, songs, drama, craft activities and small group time. Parents are invited to come along for a coffee and a chat too.
Then at 7pm, we run special events such as the bush dance, beach party and sandcastle competition. Definitely not to be missed!
Where
The morning and evening programs run in the park in section 6 of the Foreshore Camping Ground.
Who
The SUFM team is made up of approximately 30 people who volunteer their time to plan and run the program, because of a passion for sharing the Good news.
The directors for 2012 are Emily Campbell and Brendan Petty.
Why
The is to connect and develop friendships with children and families, and to teach from the Bible about God's love and the life of Jesus. We also have a lot of fun in the process!
Safety & Care
The safety of participants, team members and the general community is of utmost importance to us. All team members are required to have a current WWC card, and are fully trained in safety and care through SU's ChildSafe.

Training & Planning Dates
SU Summer Celebration: Saturday 11th February 2012
6pm at St Alfred's in North Blackburn. Come and celebrate the SUFMs and Theos that have happened all over Victoria this summer.
Family Picnic: Sunday 1st April 2012
A chance to catch up with all the kids and families from down at McCrae. BYO lunch to Stiggants Reserve, Warrandyte, from 12:30 - 2pm.
